About Us.

Pathway To Success (PTS) is a youth-centered initiative designed to guide high school seniors as they prepare for life beyond graduation. Through mentorship, employment training, mental health awareness, and financial literacy education, PTS equips students with the tools they need to thrive personally and professionally. Our mission is to create a supportive environment that empowers youth to make informed decisions, build resilience, and confidently transition into adulthood. By walking alongside each student with intention and care, we help them take the next step toward a purposeful and successful future.

Pathway to Success 2025 – First Annual Graduation Ceremony

On December 13th, we celebrated a milestone at The Vecina Cafe Empowerment Center with our first annual Pathway to Success graduation ceremony! Our 2025 class of incredible students completed a year of growth, learning, and community engagement, showcasing resilience, discipline, and leadership.
The ceremony was filled with proud families, inspiring speeches, and recognition of each student’s achievements. Graduates received certificates honoring their dedication, while mentors and staff reflected on the transformative journey of the program. This celebration not only marked the end of a successful year but also set the stage for continued growth, mentorship, and future leaders in our 2026 program.
