Pathway To Success (PTS) is a youth-centered initiative designed to guide high school seniors as they prepare for life beyond graduation. Through mentorship, employment training, mental health awareness, and financial literacy education, PTS equips students with the tools they need to thrive personally and professionally. Our mission is to create a supportive environment that empowers youth to make informed decisions, build resilience, and confidently transition into adulthood. By walking alongside each student with intention and care, we help them take the next step toward a purposeful and successful future.
